MEET MEL
In a marketplace overwhelmed by one-size-fits-all, fast fashion, Mel set out to redefine what it means to shop—and to create. What began as a senior project during her final semester at Emory University's Goizueta Business School became the foundation for Mel Boteri, officially launched in Fall 2009 with her debut collection of handcrafted leather handbags.
Inspired by a belief in meaningful design, personal connection, and timeless craftsmanship, Mel has spent over a decade immersed in the world of luxury accessories. She’s developed deep expertise in leather goods design, production, and distribution—along with trusted relationships with some of the most sought-after European manufacturers and vendors in the industry.
Today, Mel continues to lead with intention, blending her Colombian roots and European sensibilities to deliver a more thoughtful, soulful approach to fashion—one that honors individuality, storytelling, and the people behind every stitch.
