The way I see it, your feet carry your weight throughout the day, literally, and for that reason alone, a pair of everyday black heels is totally worth the splurge!
You get what you pay for, and that is especially true with shoes, so quality is everything. Leather or otherwise, big designer name or not, focus first and foremost on the fit and support. And don't worry about the price tag - you get a hall pass here ;)
I'm picking black (versus nude or some other color), because, well let's be honest, black will always be "in" and it goes with 99.9% of the items already in your closet.
