Style Guide: Holiday Edition

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is putting together festive looks for every occasion. From Christmas Eve service, to Christmas dinner and snuggling up by the fire, I LOVE figuring out what to wear to each event (and making sure it is all in holiday cheer!!) So to help get you in the spirit, here are just a few of my faves that will take you from casual cooking to formal dinner & dancing!!

Holiday Style: A Formal Affair

Holiday parties are by far the best part of this festive season, and I prefer to keep my formal looks classic and simple. My December is always filled with work events, parties, dinners, and time with family, so I want a formal look that is going to cover all the fun I'm going to get into. Caitlin from Southern Curls & Pearls clearly knows how to party, and she has my favorite holiday style down!! My tip: use accessories to change up your look based on which function you are headed to. For example, switch studs to a statement earring when going from church to dinner.

Holiday Style: Comfy & Casual

More than anything, I love being able to relax and spend time with my family over the holiday season. Making my favorite Christmas cookie recipe, watching classic movies, and dressing up by puppy Bentley in his holiday sweaters :) ... nothing beats a day at home with the fam.  Again, I'm loving Caitlin's look for those day's when you just want to be with the ones you love!!
