Autumn's clothing transition period can be a tad awkward. You can't get away with summer's crop tops, but it isn't time to pull out your cozy wool sweaters either. My tip: layer, layer, layer. This fall I am all about jackets, ponchos and a blanket scarf. Keep your jacket light, but warm.

Fall jackets in vibrant colors are so popular this season, and they are the perfect way to brighten up a chilly fall morning.
